| Schumacher Camera Brings High Speed to the Midwest |  |
Chicago, IL, November 14, 2001 — The world’s fastest pin-registered 35mm motion picture camera, Cine Magic International’s Photo-Sonics 4ER+, is now available at Schumacher Camera in Chicago. Schumacher is the only rental house in the Midwest to carry the Photo-Sonics 4ER+.

In addition to the stability of four registration pins, the Photo-Sonics 4ER+ features:

The camera’s PL front makes it a tool that is uniquely versatile, accepting most Zeiss and Cooke lenses, as well as specialty lenses including the CMI CineWand and the Clairmont Swing/Shift lens systems. The adaptability of the Photo-Sonics 4ER+ can best be seen in its pairing with CMI’s Revolution lens system, combining the effects of high speed cinematography with versatile lens manipulation.
Schumacher offers a full set of color matched Leica lenses for use with
the Photo-Sonics.
The set includes the following lenses:
15mm T3.7, 19mm T3, 21mm T3, 24mm T3, 28mm T3, 35mm T1.5, 50mm T1.5, 60mm
macro T2.8, 80mm T1.5, 100mm T3 macro, 135mm T3 macro.
Applications
The Photo-Sonics 4ER+ is perfect for tabletop and special effects work.
It is used extensively in commercials and feature films, capturing everything
from slow motion product pours (milk slowly splashing out of a bowl) to
high-speed events (slowing down the movement of a bat hitting a ball).
